Monthly Message

What a great year we have ahead of us. 

 

Ø      Donna is scheduling classes in rock identification, jewelry making, field trip know-how, cabochon making, rock tumbling, and oh so much more. 

 

Ø      Kelly is working on field trips to lots of wonderful places.  Check out the field trip listings to find the fun you need.

 

Ø      Harry has many wonderful programs planned thru July including programs about discovering gold, the wonder of jade, and this month, it’s all about copper.

 

Ø      Connie has the library open.  Check out books to learn more about your rock hounding passion.  Many thanks to the Pankey’s for their book donation about caves to visit and explore in California.  It is a beautiful book. 

 

Don’t forget to go to the Antioch Show this month. The show is on the 18^th & 19^th. Lots of fun for all.  Coming up early next month is the Turlock show. This show is big, busy, wonderful, and well worth the drive.  Lots of kids, education, vendors, displays, rock hounds, and tons of fun.

 

Rock shows & rock hounding.  It doesn’t get any better than that.
